THE APARTMENTS
UNSW Village will consist of several multi-storey buildings arranged around landscaped courtyards. With a total of 1021 beds, the Village’s units will be arranged in a variety of configurations from one bedroom studios to eight bedroom apartments. Apartments will be fully furnished and include all the facilities required for the student lifestyle, including ample work space, outdoor recreation areas and high speed internet access in all rooms.
Along with UNSW Village’s environmentally sustainable design, the property will provide residents with a range of high quality facilities, adjustable air ventilation in all rooms and generous levels of natural lighting.
All buildings and facilities at UNSW Village will be brand new and state of the art, with the first residents arriving in 2010.
Nine different apartment styles will be available:
