Step 1- Click on the apply now button below
The application process will take about 15 minutes to complete. Once complete you will receive a username and password. You can use these details to check the status of your application. (Applications can take up to 48 hours to process)

Step 2- Accept your offer
Once your application has been confirmed you will receive an email prompting you to log back on to the Village website application portal. Simply download the residential agreement and complete and pay your security deposit online ($600 or $800 for 1 bedroom apartments). Sign your agreement and send this back to the Village as soon as possible so you don’t miss out!
